Very unhappy with my experience at Schomp. The commission should be based solely on customer satisfaction. Mo was my salesperson. Never responded to my texts; the X3 I wanted was in Indiana and although I gave a 1000 deposit, the vehicle was not paid for by Schomp until many days later after I called the Indiana dealer myself since Mo didn't follow up. I was told the vehicle would be here on Friday, then it was Saturday, then it was next Wednesday....blah, blah, blah. When I texted him he said he was busy with 5 other contracts that day........well, that isn't my problem. When I picked up the vehicle, Dustin I believe was his name, sat down and said a survey rating of less than 10 would not be acceptable..really? Gee, and thanks for the free car mats but that won't change the frustration of this whole process. Looks like I am not the only unhappy consumer. And finally, I am due a refund because the amount that Mo initially stated (which showed $750 going to Schomp--really? I thought no dealer fees) was incorrect and I had to follow up with their AP dept today to find out where the check is since AGAIN, Mo did not respond to my text messages (and his VM states that is the fastest way to get a hold of him, yeah--when the sale is still pending).
