One day before my visit i had called you guyz at dat time no one informed me about 3 big rides are been closed i.e under maintenance....
But while collecting ticket they informed us about it..
We al wer Very upset abt it...u guys should hav informed us on the same day when we had called u to get info.
Very unformal way of working...hope you will not repeat it with others
