When calling in to find out when I can get an oil ...

When calling in to find out when I can get an oil change the automated operator states don't make an appointment for an oil change. There website states their service department is open until 4p.m. I drove up today and was looking forward to getting my oil change done. I was told it is after 2p.m. and the do not take drive ups after 2p.m. WHY IS THIS NOT INDICATED ANY WHERE, SO I DO NOT WASTE MY TIME, GAS, ETC. TO BE TOLD COME BACK TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!
