I have been here several times and as of recently had no need to give any feedback. My last visit was uncomfortable.

Typically, I go here on a weekend to have a meal with my mother as my son's play on the playground attached to the patio. It's a great concept and recommend other establishments to mimic this.

My last visit, I took my wife and my two boys on a weekday afternoon and the experience did not meet my usual expectations. This was in part due to service as well as other guests.

I won't hold the place accountable for those they serve but I was a little baffled at the delay in service and failing to deliver half my order. Management was able to address this on the bill later. The customer service interaction felt like the staff was begruggingly doing chores. A soft tone of minimal effort as to say we weren't spending enough money to get the "thank you, come again!", pleasantries of the hospitality industry. I think it had more to do with my family dynamic and stigma it carries, but that's speculation.

I may stop in to get somethings to go ( still have the gift card) but I don't think I will be bringing my family back here again.
