Awful service, and disgraceful CoP solicitor provided to my vulnerable brother, complicit in concealing incidents of neglect and ill-treatment, took no issue with erroneous witness statements, leaving my brother in the hands of the abusers.
Disgraceful, absolutely disgraceful.
