I am very disappointed in my stay with the Kimpton...

I am very disappointed in my stay with the Kimpton Brice. For the price of this hotel the inside was extremely misleading by the photos online. When we checked in we could immedialty tell that our room was not cleaned but just new towels were placed inside. There was so much dust accumulated on the bedside table, living room table & tv stand and as well as the countertops. The amount of dust should not have been there if our room was "cleaned". When I addressed this with the night staff they said someone would come up in the morning for a cleaning. We stayed 3 nights and noone came in to clean. We requested clean towels multiple times and that took forever to get. Our tv was broken and they couldn't fix it due to the "technician not being on call for weeks". I spoke with 3 different staff members who all would say the passed my concerns along but a manager never called me back or was at the front desk for me to speak with. It wasn't until we were checking out that a competent staff member was able to hear my concerns without dismissing me. I had picture evidence to show him and even he was appalled at the lack of cleanliness. Being that it was St. Patrick's weekend and I had a large party I was unable to switch to a different hotel to accomodate us on such short notice. I will never reccomend this hotel. All they offered for our inconveninece was the refund the $28/day parking fee. Don't even get me started on the parking garage that barely had any parking spaces open. It was a struggle to park everyday at a paid garage. The hotel lobby seems nice and you think your getting a great hotel until you step into the elevator with peeling paint and trash on the floors. This establisment needs to do way better for the rates they were charging. There was nothing luxurious about this stay at all.
