We purchased our Rav4, February 2015, and although we live on the Sunshine Coast, we have always had our vehicle serviced at Westminster Toyota. We have found that the service department goes well beyond what one could/should normally expect. They are efficient, courteous, polite and very professional. Your vehicle is always returned, upon completion of the service, washed. That in itself is a treat!
Once you book an appointment, they take the time to send you a friendly email confirming your appointment. Furthermore, they also take the time, closer to your appointment, to personally contact you.

We have found Service Advisor Jeff Herbert, to be outstanding. He takes the time with you to review your work order, upon check in, to insure that you are aware of what is needed. He may also provide you with options of what needs to be done and what can wait until your next service. He then also takes the time to review, in detail, your invoice upon completion of the service.
Jeff goes out of his way, above and beyond, to help, whether it is to advise on service options, source out accessories, direct you to a recommended outside Toyota contractor (windshield, paint), or replace your damaged licence plate holder.
