Our family reserved a court online and were looking forward to a fun night of pickleball with each other (kids and all). We showed the front desk our confirmation email but they told us it was invalid and turned us all away. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just a rude interaction and a disappointed family. If there s a problem with your reservation system, own up to it and fix it.
