Alfred Industries has used PureWater Dynamics / The Great American Coffee Company for more then 5 years now. The Customer Service is unbeatable. If & When we have any issues regarding repairs to our coffee machines, servicing issues or billing; The Great American Coffee Company is quick to respond, courteous, friendly and the service we get from Todd our Coffee rep is out standing. Todd comes in twice a month to our office and swaps out coffee pot's, and anything that needs a clean new look. He is so friendly and kind. Thank you so much for all your hard work Todd. We wouldn't give you guys up for anything. Even to save a few $'s. Thanks,
