Terrible sales and customer support service from LINIO and HP ONLINE. I bought a product and they informed me that it had been dispatched, but, surprise, after 10 days they tell me that they are going to give me a refund. A refund? Yes, without consent and without giving me more details about it. Insisting, they tell me that it was due to a failure in the shipment, when the shipment was in their charge, therefore, they had to solve it. Adding to that, they tell me that the refund was made but 5 days later I still do not register the money in my account. More than 15 days in total withholding my money and they are not responsible for this damage. They don't think about consumers. I made the proper complaint in Consumer Defense, I hope that something can be done against this group of scammers.
