Purchased a Grady White from BoatsInc recently. Carl Sewell wrote a book titled "Customer for Life' back in the 80's about excellent customer service. Being a small business operator, I have purchased a car from Sewell Dealerships to see what their customer service was like. In my opinion, BoatsInc exceeds the Sewell Dealership in customer satisfaction excellence. I have never seen a culture so devoted to customer service. Highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a straight forward, no non-sense group of boating experts and enthusiasts.
