I would highly recommend contacting Vivian Kuo and Matthew DeSilva if you need an agent for either buying or selling. Their professionalism, patience, knowledge in the market, and responsiveness are all just a few reasons to get them on your side. I had an apartment that I needed to rent out quickly and they both went above and beyond expectations to get the job done. Vivian and Matt were in constant contact with me every step of the way to explain what they were doing and how the process was moving along. They made themselves accessible.... and when I was not able to go in to the realty office to sign a document, Vivian hand brought the document to me to ensure that the process moved along as quickly as possible. As a result of all their effort and attention I was able to get a great tenant in the apartment in a timely manner and without any stress!
