Professional and timely service. Knowledgeable staff who are genuinely wanting to help. My experience in the past with other luxury car dealerships has been less than stellar so I didn't know what to expect. After my very first visit to BMW of Seattle, I knew I was going to be a customer for life. I found the car I liked, bought it, and brought it home easier than buying a pair of socks! I am comfortable, confident and excited about my purchase - and walked out knowing I have a team at BMW of Seattle. I highly recommend them.
