Terrible company! Was put on the waiting list to get a big brother back in 2012, and they didn't get back to us until just recently, and they said that their old owner threw the old waiting list entries in a forgotten drawer. Eventually, they found a match, but he was a jackass who has a very closed minded mindset, and he said that he would call and set up days, but he went and told the company that he didnt want to be my big, and I hope that he has eternal bad luck for his terrible attitude.
