Started out great, but went down hill from there. Had problems with our A/C, the repairman gave us several options from just fixing the current problem to a whole new set-up. Since our units were pretty old we chose to replace it all. The next day they came, stayed 12+hours, still didn't finish and now they want more money to complete the work. I totally feel scammed. If I could give a negative star I would. Still trying to get someone in charge to return my phone calls.

FOLLOW UP - After this post I quickly received a phone call & after several calls they finally agreed to fix their mistake. Thanks to Leonard, we no longer have a fire hazard in our attic & we are almost complete on the new HVAC system. Sad it took negative reviews to get a problem corrected, but just glad it is finally being done.

A WEEK LATER - I can officially say I HATE my new A/C and I HATE the NEST thermostat!!!!!!
I have had techs, QC and managers out here everyday, but the whole system still sucks! OH and I still don't have any paperwork or warranty.
