Our mattress went bad (which was the second one that has gone bad) and we haven't even had this last one for 2 years, the company stood behind it and gave us credit which is great. We went up and got a new one. The salesman was great. We spent several hundred dollars more to get the one we wanted. We have to pay delivery....seriously, we would not have been looking for a new mattress if it would not have went bad. Really frustrated with the customer service.....I realize I am just a number to them.
