Attention Charlie Linville (mgr)- just called the gym to find out that after the pool being closed for a week for cleaning, a kid just pooped in the pool and now it's closed for another few hours.

Why on earth does it make sense to continue family time when these things happen (I'm sure on a regular basis) and your ADULT PAYING MEMBERS who spend $300 a month and don't defecate in the pool don't take priority?!?! Unreal.

Please tell me, what will it take to make a change and make things better for your PAYING MEMBERS?!?!!!?!!?!
