For the sale of my house in Montclair I am so glad that I worked with June Raegner. I am grateful that June was clearly working for us and helping us to make decisions that were in our best interest, rather than what was most convenient for herself or others. June clearly has a great knowledge of the area and the market. Our house lacked recent comps, but her suggested listing price was higher than we thought possible and she was confident that the price was accurate. When the appraised value came in significantly lower than the listing price, June asserted that her price was correct and helped us to quickly find a cash buyer. She held out for the price that she felt was fair, even though her company had to forego half of the commission. Through all of this, June showed amazing negotiating skills and was always available and communicative. She is an extremely ethical realtor and kind person.
