I am a veteran and current student in the SMMBS program here at Full Sail. My instructors thus far have been great! Those three stars are for you! I have not one ill word to say in that regard. However, the communication outside of my instructors is atrocious. When I was first interested in attending this university, I would be called multiple(3-4) times a day, but now I can't get a return call. As a student, I have to escalate every problem to the "student resolution" team and pray that a department manager wants to do their job that day. As a veteran, I'm fortunate enough to attend via Chapter 33 benefits. The VA pays the college directly, on time every time. However, after a year of attending, the VA team neglected to certify my attendance leading to a lapse in my basic housing allowance and essentially messing with my money. Unacceptable Full Sail, hence the review. The school attempts to teach students about our online presence, but I'm vigorously debating if ANYONE who works at this place comes to read these reviews. Leading by example, speaks louder than any words spoken. Do better, your future demands it!
