VERY misleading on their rent charges. They charge for a FULL months rent at University Landing in Clarksville TN when you move in, in the middle of the month. They do not prorate your rent!?? So therefore you are over paying and will pay a total of one months rent EXTRA over the lease term!!! Watch what you sign people, because they do not tell you this upfront! Buildings smell like pot, look else where. Hallways smell terrible and very rarely cleaned. I don't like like doing business with communities that are not on the up and up!
