Craig was the only contractor who responded to my Angie's list inquiry for estimates on a basement wall leak. He agreed to not only fix the leak permanently, but also recommended I replace my 35 year old sump pump and add a battery backup to the pump in case of a power outage. All the work was done as described and done so according to Craig's estimated schedule. There were no extra or unanticipated charges and I am very satisfied with the completed project. I will definitely contact Finished Basements in the future should any additional leaks appear.
