I walked in for a test drive and drove home in a brand new toyota highlander. The experience was great, especially compared to previous car buying! Kim was awesome, not pushy, laid back and relaxed, I wanted to buy a car from her. I will absolutely purchase from then again! My only comments are the extended warranty is not worth it. I was talked into it but cancelled the next day very easily.
