My grandmother was at Bridgeview and was on hospice and my family and I were there to visit during her last days. When we were leaving I heard the receptionist say, "The end of days patients, I mean, I get it the family wants to see them but it shouldn't be here." No one wants to hear that type of conversation when visiting their family members that are in their last days. Then she had the nerve to get nasty with me when I called her out about it. She literally made me throw up. I've never felt so disregarded and disrespected in my life. Not to mention, my grandmother died that night.
The events of the forementioned day does not include the neglect that happened prior to that experience. My grandmother was bed ridden and her call button would be out of her reach so she couldn't call anyone to help her when she needed it. The floors had not been cleaned. Do not bring your family here if you love them. The receptionist is rude and nasty. The staff is lazy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE!!!!!
