Worst costumer service ever. I called Sony about my a/v receiver not working that i just purchased. Sony said that it was under warranty and gave me a shipping label to send it to United Radio. United radio claims that the product is not under warranty even after Sony told me that it was. They are telling me that if i do not pay them to repair it, then they are going to charge my card without my permission to ship it back to me. The last time i checked it is illegal to charge someones card without their consent, but United Radio doesn't seem to care. Their customer service have been nothing but hostile towards me. If Sony continues to use them as a repair center, I will probably never buy a Sony receiver again.
