My experiences over the past two years stationed at Quantio:
-Wait 2+ hours for a single pill prescription - Check.
-Change PCM every couple of months - Check.
-Have to call 3+ different phone numbers to get the right department with no call forwarding - Check.
-Rude front desk staff at Deployment Health - Check.
-Have to wait months for an open appointment - Check.

At least the dental clinic is usually efficient, once you get an appointment.
