Now my rating is this for the entire process of seeing the top. If you have little ones and have been walking all day, and wanted to see the skyline in the evening, be ready for line after line. The first few floors aren't heated or cooled. The lines are a disorganized mess. I've visited numerous tall buildings, including the Petronas Tower in Kuala Lumpur, and towers in tokyo, and even with the language difference I had a better idea of what was going on and which line I was supposed to be in. Now the views themselves are 5/5 stars if you can suffer through. Definitely worth it, but be ready for a little suffering.
