Employees beware!!!! Corporate take Note!!
Management leads by NO example....
Wastes the good employees by tyranny, brow beating and abusive behavior resulting in a high turnover simple by truly bad processes and management, also by throwing good money after bad to continually fix or mask problems.... they habitually run operations at A high Cost and Loss to the parent companies...again due to terrible management, because in the end, ultimately- All the college degrees in a room can't replace one good mind with common sense.
They do not listen to good dedicated knowledgeable people that do try to help fix and run things better, smoother and more efficient. So they just accept it
They then just simply run parts in the blind that aren't correct but wouldn't know it till its too late and then its scraps away...... then repeat....
This isn't the 1st $hit show, but by far and away it's definitely one of the WORST!
Regrettable because if run by the right person could be a Great Operation.
