Although I love the Isabella Garcia products I have made the decision not to use it anymore due to the incompetence of the Company and their staff. Every time I order products there is always an issue with delivery. This time I placed an order on the 28th May 2020 which was to be despatched within 2-3 working days to the courier company who in turn delivers within 5-7 working days. Almost a month went past with no communication. I then tried to phone them on 24 June, nobody answered. I sent two e-mails to the employee Katlego Shokoana Mathabatha Specialised Client Liaison asking her to phone me. She never phoned, but instead sent me an e-mail on the 24th June notifying me that my order will only be despatched on the 29th June with delivery 5-7 days later. To top it all I am now being charged more due to a price increase. Why, when I placed my order a month ago should I now be charged more because they didn't despatch my order. I phoned again this morning and spoke to Bianca who apologised profusely but still could not assist me in getting my order delivered sooner. I am so disappointed in this Company, their service and customer care is pathetic to say the least.
