Recently, I called the Icon Building Group to request their help to secure a Permit for our previously finished basement, which was constructed w/o proper permits. Sorin, Icon's project lead, went above an beyond by arranging an inspection with our local Building Inspector, which resulted in the issuance of a Permit.
