I'm very disappointed with Alpha Industries. We've ordered almost 40 jackets and at $150 a pop, I expect better customer service. For one of our orders, the package was lost by UPS. We reordered what was missing last week to meet our deadline (and mind you, this reorder is only for 4 jackets). We chose overnight shipping at almost $80 and then nothing. No shipping confirmation. No follow up. So I begin to call and leave voicemails. I sent multiple emails to their customer service team and even left a Facebook message because I was desperate. Mind you, this was last week, the office was open, it was after Christmas and before NYE; there shouldn't have been any issue for me to at least reach someone to find out what was going on. Finally someone responded via FB saying the phones had be down (Could have made a post on their Facebook about that or edited the voicemail response). The person would not help me with anything else about my order and my questions so I asked if email was down too? The response I received was nope, email is fine so I'm just being ignored. In every message I've sent or voicemail I've left, I have asked and repeated to please call me and left my cell #. I just now received a response via email AFTER I sent another message this morning!! They didn't even answer my question and gave me the run around! Who manages this company?! I Will NOT order from here again or recommend! There are plenty of places that offer items like these who will take care of their customers. No one should have to jump through this many hoops just to speak to someone at a company over a concern with their merchandise.
