Apparently they all need to go to driving school. Just had someone pull out to do a u-turn in front of me. Luckily I was able to slam my brakes quick enough to not hit him. Then he entered onto the highway and nearly ran another car off the road. Fortunately, he swerved back into his lane in time not to hit that car.
