It was a very bad experience first of all the welcoming was bad, only 1 person on the lobby and he was on the phone so I had to wait until he finishes his call to ask him

No guidance to the room I had to find it on my own

The room wasn't clean for a 5 star hotel ... I call to ask if there were available room with a balcony and 2 single bed they said we don't have this type for rooms and when I checked in booking I found it available

The POOL was the worst I've seen smells bad swege smell ... the jacuzzi wasn't working for a 5 star hotel this things should be fixed straight away, sawna wasn't working in a right way as well

The room windows i couldn't open it and when I call to ask the answer was not allowed and then I found that the room above owers was open

The price for a room like that and a bad treatment not worth it at all for a 5 STAR hotel ... I can't rate the hotel because there is no zero ( 0 ) rating
