Just got a call saying they refunded the upcharge ...

Just got a call saying they refunded the upcharge for my room on the 24th floor. It was my honeymoon and wanted to make it amazing but when we got up there, the pool was being worked on, not much of a view of the strip like we'd hoped and we tried getting the original room back but were told we couldn't but we could keep the upgraded room at no additional charge. When we checked out, the charge was still there so I left kind of in a bad mood. Now, I'm just in a bad mood because I'm not at the Venetian anymore. The place is amazing, fantastic foods and shops, unbeatable atmosphere. We walked around Bellagio and Caesars just to check out the competition but my wife assured me I picked the best.
