I have been a customer of Vision Express for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but the wait times can be quite long, especially during peak hours. The selection of frames is decent, but I wish they had a wider variety of styles to choose from. Overall, Vision Express is just an average eyewear retailer.
