The staff are great but we've had several problems...

The staff are great but we've had several problems recently with double booked seats. This has happened on at least 3 occasions. When I go In to book tickets the website seems reluctant to accept membership numbers. Why are you showing so few foreign language films now? I thought it was supposed to be an arts cinema and why does the cinema become intolerably hot halfway through every film?
