Previously Joost worked at Hof van Cleve (3 star restaurant) as a pastry chef (of course!!) No wonder he brings the perfection and attention to detail into his cake.
Pros: best cakery in town with beautiful presentation and balanced flavor. Small cakes are available.
Cons: you pay for quality, chocolate is not the best in Gent. Only take out.
