RN Adolfo was very RUDE, told a patient that he has other people to take care of, which I understand HOWEVER to make a patient feel like she s not important when she almost wet herself after telling him 2x she had to go and leaving both times after she told him. Then he says I say what s on my mind!
More caring staff would be good!
