Very disappointed with CTC Travel despite paying more to them for my Melbourne Tour in July 2018 when booking our tour at NATAS. Bus supposed to pick us to airport for our flight back was late for more than half an hour. Would have been worse if I did not call their Australian operator and whatspping with CTC Singapore. Our party of 12 passengers had to drag our luggages about 90 to 100 metres to the next road to catch the bus.More like a bunch of refugees at that point of time. Was then told bus cannot stop outside our accomodation. Then why CTC is putting their guests at such place. During booking at NATAS, we will told of Rendevzous Hotel but subsequently changed to Service Apartment Type of accomodation ( OAKS@COLLINS).Maximising profit
is probably more important than service and comfort for their passengers. Was dropped at the arrival bus bay instead of Departure Area and had to drag our heavy luggages from one building to another. Was then told that bus cannot stop at Departure Area, sound strange to me. Lesson learned is that paying more to use a so called established travel agency may not necessary lead to better service and peace of mind. So be wary.
