UMy Mom is 78 lives in HUD apt off W.19th for 6 yr...

UMy Mom is 78 lives in HUD apt off W.19th for 6 yrs has had ROACES & now BEDBUGS biting her!!!! She pays rent, is clean, quiet, & respectful, she was told by her Manager to throw her furniture away! Then recanted. Told her she was only apartment with bugs, I had said I was not comfortable for just her place to be exterminated, asked if all apt.s had been inspected, manager said " they don't have any"! Also told them as well as EVRYONE I cold she has not the money, nor the people it'd take to prepare her apt. for exterminator!!! At my wits end trying to help my mother, She is not at fault here, she's been honest has complied with EVERYTHING she could,told them OVER,& OVER she can't do it by herself!! All the other tenants are at risk, or have bugs too & knew to be quiet was the ONLY way to keep a place, & not have to pay for exterminations that ABSOLUTELY will NOT work when there are people living on either side of her. Somebody PLEASE HELP HELP
