I am mainly talking about the telephone reception ...

I am mainly talking about the telephone reception of CRAMIF.
After waiting 20 minutes before having an advisor, he has:
- Not listening to my request
- Made me understand that if a Level 2 technician had made a decision, I'm not much of a problem
- became haughty and simply advised me to return to work ... Despite a medical opinion of category 2 disability ...
- Quite simply cut the conversation when I tried to talk to another person in order to answer my initial question ...

I am quite shocked by such a welcome, while I took the time to explain my situation calmly and did not formalize the (many) peaks sent ..

In short, a totally deplorable service, which in addition seems completely incompetent to answer my simple request, and allows the right to be contemptuous of the interlocutors (although knowing the precariousness of the situation).

I have never had any problems with any administration, except the CRAMIF.
