I have a bad experience with this hotel, the AC room is not cold at all. Even the AC engineer came to fix it several time but the problem still there. I spoke to the duty manager and based on what he think is the temperature is normal .. I don t know yet corridor is colder than the room. Sadly .. that wasn t the worst part of it all yet the manager offer to fix the issue was to downgrade my room to standard room . I wonder if the managers trained at all for customer Service .. cause neither one were good .. I m just disappointed.. Never Again.. be aware of the room no. 1612... you been warned ..
