There are two different entrances to this place. The one that opens to the public, where actual banking services happen and the one that has NPF Microfinance Bank boldly written across a blue, yellow and green gate...but in typical police fashion, there s a barricade that sits across the gate with no other sign that says you re in the wrong place.

Best way to access this place is to come through Obalande (from 3rd Mainland), descend the layby, turn turn left at the roundabout and you ll find it at the first turning on your right (right after under bridge Obalende.

There s a designated parking lot opposite but you need to be careful not to get blocked by other visitors who can park their cars and head inside with the keys.
