What a disaster Excel Test Prep turned out to be. The instructors are not prepared at all and quite frankly they don't care how well they teach. They will cram as many students into a room as possible. For a good laugh ask them the maximum number of students they allow in one room, everyone will give you a different answer. (The real answer turned out to be - as many as we can stuff in the room). If you don't fee you are getting the prep you expected and would like to talk to managment you will find they do not care - horrible customer service.
