I've been going here for LHR since 2014. The quality of my treatments has varied highly depending on which technician I've ended up being treated by. I've learned to make an appointment with a specific tech the next time if I think they performed well. Some techs will take their time, meticulously making sure to not miss any spots, like Amanda who did my most recent treatment and was the best tech I've ever seen. Other techs will go too fast and carelessly, firing the laser fewer times for the same area as if they're just trying to get it done with. If I had met the good techs like Amanda and others every time I've gone here, this review would have been 5 stars.
