Had an overnight emergency and was up all night asked for an extended checkout I was asked to call back 3 different times to talk to Ashley I guess the manager Donald told me he was too busy to call him back after 10am I called at 10:15 and was told I cannot checkout 30 minutes late because he already gave 8 late checkouts away terrible customer service when asking to talk to manager he replied Ashley wont be in till monday so there is no manager he was in charge
