As a first-time Lexus client, I had high expectations based on the consistently positive feedback from my friends and family...my experience at JM Lexus blew my already-high expectations out of the water. Ray is not only an incredibly knowledgeable and kind product specialist / sales rep, but he gave us superlative client service as well. The entire process, from our first visit last Thursday to test drive, through our second appt last night when we purchased the vehicle, was pleasant, enjoyable and absolutely unlike any vehicle purchase process I have ever experienced.
