My sister and I have been coming here for almost 3 years. We both love the classes very much! The teachers and staff are very welcoming, kind, and professional. I would highly recommend coming here - both kids and adults. Although I had hesitated coming here the first few classes, I grew to love it as I realized my endurance and strength was greater. They have a free trial so I think it would be great to at least give it one go if anyone is interested :D
