Being a regular customer at both this and Chamberl...

Being a regular customer at both this and Chamberlain's other outlets, I was appalled to have the phone put down abruptly on me after a call just now asking after a particular piece of equipment. Customer service on this occasion was unhelpful and the lady in question rude.
This is not my usual experience with Chamberlain Music.
Perhaps some staff training is called for?
I am still looking for this particular item but would not feel comfortable phoning Chamberlain Music back to help with this purchase.
