This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Eric associate ID ELZ which was probably a lie was one of the rudest suppose to be customer service representative I've had to deal with. Not only will I be reporting this unprofessional company but I will make it known by the news as well beware of these people they need to be SHUT DOWN
