The hotel is in a good location. Front desk staff are courteous. When I checked in I requested a quiet room away from the highway, they instead put me in a room literally right by the highway. When I called down to the front desk to ask for a room change they said they have no other available rooms. I asked for ear plugs so I can sleep, but they ran out and could do nothing for me....I might chalk this up to when it rains it pours but to not tell me you re putting me in a room by the highway when I ask for a quiet room and not try and help to make my stay more comfortable is an unfortunate lapse in customer service. I ll not stay at this hotel again.
